The Lequart edition
Tarot glossary
The app’s French deck reproduces a Paris pack issued by Lequart around 1890. Its seventy-eight-card structure belongs to the Marseille family, while Juno and Jupiter identify the Besançon variant. Printed titles, old spellings, additive numerals, and the order of Valet and Cavalier belong to this physical edition. They should outrank generic modern metadata when the two disagree.
