Zeus Ammon
Tarot glossary
Zeus Ammon joined the Greek Zeus with the Egyptian god Amun. Alexander visited Amun’s oracle at Siwa, and later legend treated the god as his divine father. Brera proposes this figure for AMONE, the Sola Busca Knight of Swords. The British Museum offers a different possible identity, so the proposal must remain attributed rather than definitive.
